ENCORE is YAA’s international tournament project: a platform where basketball competition meets cultural exchange. The ambition is to create meaningful opportunities for young teams to compete across borders, build relationships and experience basketball beyond their own league.
01Competition with purpose
The concept centres on youth 5x5 basketball and strong competitive matchups. Development comes from facing different playing styles, adapting as a team and learning to prepare for a tournament environment.
02A European pathway
The evolving model explores regional events, country finals and an international finals stage. A rotating host concept would connect local organisers with a wider European basketball community.
03More than the scoreboard
Team interaction, shared experiences and opportunities for coaches to exchange ideas support the competition. Event dates, entry conditions and confirmed host arrangements will be announced when finalised.
